Jiuzhaigou, know as the "Fairyland on Earth", with an average altitude between 2000 - 3000 meters and a distance of about 435 km from Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province, is an primitive area of immense natural beauty incorporating fabulous lakes, waterfalls, beaches, water currents, snow peaks, virgin mountains and forests, as well as Tibetan customs. It is also a natural reserve for wild animals and has been internationally recognized by its admittance to the World Heritages List of UNESCO (1992) and by becoming a World Biosphere Reserve (1997). It  has also been officially certified as sustainable by Green Globe 21. 

• Welcome to China! Welcome to Chengdu! After arrival and baggage retrieval by yourself, be met by our Mandarin Tours Guide in the Arrival Hall who is holding a sign on which it says your name. Then transferred by your private car/vehicle to your hotel downtown. After check-in at your hotel, the rest of the day is free for your own arragement.

• Today`s tour will take you first to enjoy  the wonderful view of the Wuhouci Temple (Wuhou Shrine) and the Dufu Cottage; it continues to the Wangjianglou Park (Wangjiang Tower Park) and the tour ends with a stroll and tea time in the People`s Park.

• In the morning drive to the Wolong Panda Reserve, where you can observe the lovely pandas in its natural environment. For a small donation to the Panda Base Fund you can even get a picture with the real pandas! After that return to Chengdu and take pleasure in a stroll at the Ancient Jinli Street.
  

• You`ll be escorted in the morning to the airport to catch your flight to Jiuhuang Airport at Jiuzhaigou Valley. Upon arrival you will drive to appreciate the excellent sights of Huanglong Valley. Huanglomg Valley is full of great sites and the tour will take the whole afternoon (3-4 hours). It is important to remember that the altitude is very high (over 3000m) and so extra care must be taken to avoid overdoing it. After the tour drive to Jiuzhaigou for overnight.

• In the morning you`ll take the special Jiuzhaigou Pollution-Free Bus which will then take you on a tour of Shuzheng and Zezawa Valley; the Pearl Sands and Shuzheng Waterfall; followed by the stunning collections of Shuzheng: Panda, Chang, Rainbow, Tibetan mills, Tiger and Rhinoceros Lake. As an extra treat there is an evening show of local Tibetan culture.

• Be free until our local guide meets and escorts you to the Jiuhuang Airport for your flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival be driven to visit the Sanxingdui Museum. After return to your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you!

• Be free to spend your own time somewhere until met by your tour guide and driven to the airport or railway station for your flight or train trip to the next destination.
